THE CONNECTING BRAINS METHOD
The Connecting Brains Method is a heart-centered creative methodology that combines bilateral drawing, embodied awareness, symbolic reflection, and heart coherence practices to support emotional regulation, inner integration, and authentic connection.
Developed from my ongoing artistic practice, the method began through drawing with both hands at the same time. This bilateral process creates a direct experience of dialogue between structure and intuition, thought and feeling, control and surrender. Over time, it evolved into a wider framework for self-awareness, emotional balance, and relational presence.
