ABOUT NOËMI MANSER
Noëmi Manser is a Swiss-born artist and facilitator whose work explores symbolism, polarity, inner transformation, and human connection. For over fifteen years, she has developed a visual language that moves between the intimate and the universal, translating inner processes into images that speak through faces, fragments of the body, recurring symbols, and emotionally charged compositions.
Her work has been exhibited internationally in cities including New York, Mexico City, Ibiza, and in Switzerland, and she has collaborated with brands such as Puma, LIFEWTR, Tropic of C, Mango, and Obey. Her practice has been recognized through exhibitions, collaborations, and awards, including the Daniel Lipszyc Award.
ARTISTIC PRACTICE
At the center of Noëmi’s work is a deep engagement with the tensions that shape the human experience: spirit and matter, vulnerability and power, beauty and distortion, intimacy and estrangement. Her paintings often function as a visual diary, expressing what cannot easily be spoken. Through symbolism, surreal undertones, and emotional contrast, her work gives form to transformation, conflict, desire, and becoming.
Faces, bodily fragments, and symbolic elements return throughout her work, often arranged in a dramatic or near-symmetrical way. These forms are not illustrations of fixed ideas, but living images through which inner states, psychological processes, and shared human realities can emerge.
CONNECTING BRAINS
Connecting Brains is an extension of this artistic research into a visual and relational methodology. Developed through Noëmi’s ongoing series Connecting Brains, Connecting Hearts, it is rooted in the practice of drawing with both hands at the same time. This bilateral process invites rational and emotional dimensions into dialogue, creating a direct experience of connection, balance, and embodied awareness.
From this practice emerged a wider methodology that combines bilateral drawing, symbolic reflection, and heart-centered regulation tools to support emotional self-awareness, inner integration, and human connection. Connecting Brains is not about artistic skill. It is about using creativity as a pathway toward coherence, insight, and meaningful presence.
FACILITATION AND TRAINING
Alongside her studio practice, Noëmi facilitates workshops and sessions based on the Connecting Brains method. These experiences are designed for individuals and groups who wish to explore creativity, emotional regulation, self-discovery, and connection through image-based practice.
Her facilitation is enriched by certification in Building Personal Resilience through the HeartMath Institute, as well as further studies in consciousness and inner development. This combination of art, symbolic inquiry, and self-regulation forms the foundation of her work as both artist and guide.
