What is Connecting Brains?
Connecting Brains is a creative and relational methodology based on drawing with both hands at the same time, inviting the rational and emotional dimensions of the self into dialogue. Combined with heart-based self-regulation practices inspired by my HeartMath training, the process supports emotional balance, self-awareness, creativity, and deeper connection with others.
Book a Session or Workshop
Connecting Brains is a heart-centered creative method for emotional regulation, self-discovery, and human connection.
Through bilateral drawing, heart-centered coherence practices, and guided reflection, individuals and groups are invited into a process of balance, expression, and authentic connection.
For private sessions, group workshops, retreats, and custom collaborations, please get in touch below.

What makes this work unique
The Connecting Brains method is not a conventional drawing class.
It is a structured creative practice that combines bilateral drawing with heart-centered emotional self-regulation and reflective witnessing.
What makes it unique is that it does not stop at expression alone. It offers a way to regulate, observe, integrate, and connect. The drawing becomes a mirror of the inner world, the heart becomes an anchor, and the creative process becomes a bridge between inner balance and human connection.
How a session or workshop unfolds
Each experience is shaped around a clear yet intuitive arc:
1. Arrival
Grounding, presence, and emotional check-in
2. Regulation
Heart-centered coherence practice to create safety and inner balance
3. Creative Process
Guided bilateral drawing and embodied exploration
4. Witnessing
Observing the drawing, the body, and the emotional landscape without judgment
5. Reflection and Integration
Dialogue, journaling, symbolic inquiry, and practical takeaways
6. Closing
A gentle transition with tools participants can continue using in daily life
